RE: Oakmont Lake

Dear Mr. Ward:

The PB Property Owners have received copies of the comments on the new restrictions for utilizing the pathway around Oakmont Lake (the lake actually has no name). The Legal Committee of the Foundation is going to consider the matter on Monday since the Foundation believes it controls the property.

Who controls the property appears not to be germaine to the issue.

The PB Property Owners Board suggests that you add to the signs the legend "Before 10 AM". Most of the walkers use the pathway before 10 AM. It is believed that this addition can easily be done to the signs. That should be a good compromise for all concerned.

Of course Pelican Bay could not enforce the rule.
