RE: Beach
Dear Mr. Ward:
One of our Board members is a regular runner on the beach. He noticed that there was a build up of sand at the opening into clam pass.
The Board considered this observation and wondered, if weekly or monthly as appropiate, if this sand could be collected and deposited along the Pelican Bay beach. All it seems like is a drop in a gulf, over time it would be a good addition to the beach.
We understand that permitting may be necessary but it could be an excellant way to add sand over time in a quiet way. After a storm the quanity may be substantially increased.
