RE: Lake Oakmont

Dear Lou:

The problem with the pathway around Lake Oakmont should be mediated so that all parties (or at least most parties) agree on a course of action.

The PB Property Owners would be happy to conduct the mediation since it is not the type of thing your Board is setup to carry out because of the formal nature of the hearings.

We propose notifying all interested parties of a meeting at Hammock Oak Center to discuss the issue for the purpose of working out a compromise solution. A few of our Board members would conduct the meeting and arrive at a consensus. The consenus would then be reported to your Board for consideration and action.

Please let me know if you would want us to undertake this project. It should be done promptly so that there is no festering of the problem.
