The meeting was called to order by Marvin Peterson, President at 11:00 a.m. in the Boardroom of suite 600 of the SunTrust Building. Board members present were: Mike Coyne, Jim Hobin, Dick Laughlin, Coleman Connell, John Boland, Ted Raia, John D'Aquanno, Ed Rossini, and Allan Grossman. Also present was Bill Turner of the Oversight Coordination Committee. Absent was Libbie Bramson. John Iaizzo attended the meeting. The president determined there was a quorum. The treasurer's report was tabled because if the absence of the Treasurer. President's remarks Marvin formed a PBPOA Committee on annexation: Coleman Connell, Chairperson, John D'Aquanno, and Mike Coyne. Bill Turner, Office Personnel Chairperson, presented a plan to the Board for review for Bobbie Cancelliere's financial package for 2005. The motion for the plan as presented was made, seconded and passed. Legal Committee Mr. Laughlin questioned the ownership of the pier where the canoes for Pelican Bay are stored. It was suggested a letter be written to ask who the owner is, and who is going to repair it. Dick Laughlin said the insurance company should get a notice of the suit against Ted Raia. He also informed the Board that the second deposition was cancelled. The Legal committee recommends that the insurance carrier be on notice once Ted is served.
