BOARD MEETING, March 14, 2002

The president, Ray O'Connor, called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m. in the auditorium of the Hammock Oak Center in Pelican Bay. Present were: General John Coyne, Dr. Theodore Raia, Robert Andersen, Charles Morris, John Iaizzo, Richard Laughlin, Barbara Martin, Libbie Bramson, James Hobin, and Alice Kay Potter.

Absent: Thomas Toomey.

Raymond O'Connor moved the following slate of officers for the year 2002-2003 be accepted, seconded by Libbie Bramson:

President: Richard Laughlin

Vice President: Alice Kay Potter

Treasurer: Thomas Toomey

Secretary: Charles Morris

The new president, Mr. Laughlin, distributed a list of new committee assignments. He asked each committee to formulate a plan for the accomplishment of its mission.

The next Board meeting will be at 3:00 p.m. April 11, 2002 in the conference room of PBPOA.

The meeting adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
