December 17, 2000 Meeting

The president, Ray O'Connor called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. in the Café Chablis Restaurant of the Registry Resort Hotel. The meeting was combined with the annual Christmas dinner party. Present were: Lois Sabatino, James Henry, Charles Morris, Richard Laughlin, John Domenie, Robert Andersen John Iaizzo and Alice Kay Potter.

The approval of the minutes of the previous meeting was postponed until the January meeting.

The president asked for comments on the proposed 2001 Budget compiled by the treasurer, Bill Turner, and mailed out to each Board member. There being none, Mr. Morris moved that it be accepted, seconded by Mr. Laughlin and passed unanimously.

The president reminded the members of the January 5, 2001 public meeting to be held at 4:30 p.m. at the Registry Resort Hotel. This meeting is to explain the recently passed ordinance by the Collier County Commission setting up a Pelican Bay dependent district.

The meeting was adjourned at approximately 6:40 p.m.
